Today, I am going to share with you some basic oral hygiene values that will surely help you out with your oral problem.
Many of us are well known to the importance of oral hygiene but how many of us maintaining good oral hygiene, I mean we hardly find any time to follow proper oral hygiene.
Although maintaining good oral health should be one of our top priorities since a healthy set of teeth will give us supremacy but everyone follows the same story does not matter who you are, where you from, how old you are; nobody has a time for themselves. In short, time is the main issue.
I have been using these basic oral instructions since I was in my severe overcrowding teeth treatment. Trust me guys these are very effective and it doesn't even need more time.
Have a look down below to follow the basic tips for Good Oral Hygiene that result in a mouth that looks and smells healthy.
1) Your brush bristles should neither too hard nor too soft.
2) Brushing thoroughly twice a day.
3) Avoid toothpaste that contains Fluoride, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS), Parabens, Diethanolamine (DEA), Artificial Sweeteners, etc. all these chemicals are very harmful when using daily.
4) Do oil pulling first thing in the morning with any of the oil you have (recommend coconut oil). It has lots of health benefits. Try to extend the time of oil swishing with each passing day. This will help to nourish the tissues inside your mouth especially the gums and will help in bad breathe.
5) Swish with warm salt water after brushing at night.
6) Clean your mouth thoroughly with water after your meals.
7) Take the less consumption of coffee and colas in your diet.
8) Avoid preservative food and drinks
9) Have a balanced diet. Add different natural color food in your diet like beetroot, carrot, cucumber, spinach, etc.
10) Avoid direct biting hard eatables or open hard things directly with front teeth, this will do receding and bleeding gums.
Daily preventive care, proper brushing, will help stop problems before they develop and are much less expensive, and worrisome than treating conditions that have been allowed to progress.
In between regular visits to the dentist, there are simple above are some steps that each of us can take to greatly decrease the risk of developing tooth decay, gum disease and other dental problems.
Improving the appearance of your mouth boosts your confidence guys who know much than me who had faced various dental problems.
