What’s up guys, hope you all doing great. Today I am
going to share with you my poor health story, might be you will get some
answers on how will you improve and living life healthy and beautiful better than before.
When I was shifted to Chandigarh from Jammu for my studies I often
surrounded with health problems. Some used to say you step out for the very first time
from your home that’s why this is happening to you. Some used to say your body
is not digesting water as you shifted to a new place. Okay, but what if someone
is staying a place more than 3 years and these kinds of reasons were enough to
believe? Never!
Having so many antibiotics prescribed from different doctors from last 3 years somewhere
made me lethargic and my skin so dull. It is not that I did nothing but nothing
worked for me. I lost confidence in going out, interact with people and I used
to lock myself in the weekend.
Recently when I took an appointment and meet with a
physician and showed him my medical history. Being our family doctor he told
that there is nothing to worry about and he advised not to take any medicine,
just take a well-balanced diet and get the amount of vitamin C possibly.
It is required for the growth and repair of tissues in
all parts of your body. It is used to:
- Make
an important protein used to make skin, tendons, ligaments, and blood
vessels
- Heal
wounds
- Maintain
and repair bones, cartilage and teeth
- Helpful
in the absorption of iron
There are many vitamin C rich food and supplements
available but what my daily routine is to squeeze a lemon in a glass of water I
am having this drink regularly and having fruits like Kiwi, Orange and Guava
are good sources of Vitamin C.
Now I really feel the difference from before, becoming
more active, less infected, health issues are fixing and my dull skin is
gradually getting well.
